Yes. Safety is our top priority. All Jet Ski sessions are led by experienced instructors, include a detailed safety briefing, and use well-maintained equipment. Wetsuits and safety gear are provided.
You don’t need a licence to take part in our guided Jet Ski rides. However, if you want to hire or ride a Jet Ski independently, many operators require an RYA PWC qualification, which you can earn on our course.
All Jet Ski experiences depart from Brighton Marina, offering direct access to open water and scenic coastal routes.
Jet Ski sessions run in most conditions, but if the weather or sea state is unsafe, we may reschedule or adapt the session. Safety decisions are always made on the day by our instructors.
Reschedules can be taken up to 2 years after the cancelled session.
We do not offer refunds unless you opted to take out the bad weather guarantee on booking. If you do that then we will give you a full refund. If you are not local we would strongly advise you take the insurance.
Jet Ski safaris may have weight limits and are not suitable for people with certain health conditions (e.g., back problems). If you have any concerns, please contact us before your session.
We generally recommend not taking part in our activities if you’re pregnant, as being on the water can involve movement and conditions that aren’t always predictable.
If you do feel comfortable taking part, we usually suggest no later than around 21 weeks, but this is very much a personal decision. Everyone’s pregnancy is different, so please go with what feels right for you and consider speaking to your healthcare professional if you’re unsure.
If you let our team know in advance, we’re always happy to have a chat and help you decide what’s best for you.
