November 2020 Lock down
Thankyou so much for your support in 2020. Unfortunately, it looks like our plans to stay open in November are been changed by events.
We are now
- closed for all members hire (sea and Lagoon), wakeboarding, and clinics for kids and adults.
- closed for all kids and adult tuition at both centres.
- open for BTEC training courses as these is part of a school educational program.
- Members with equipment in our stores, that can currently access out of our opening hours, will still be able to access them but none of our facilities will be open and no staff will be able to offer any assistance.
We will update this information as the situation becomes clearer.

Guidelines to enable us to operate at Both centres
It’s the responsibility of all visitors to follow these guidelines. Please help us to keep our customers, staff and members of the public safe.
This information may have changed by the time your session starts so please check back.
- Please do not visit Lagoon Watersports if you have Covid-19 symptoms, or have been in contact with anyone who has contracted the illness
- Do not visit Lagoon watersports if it involves breaching the government guidelines
- Social distancing applies to all staff and customers based on latest government guidance.
- All activities must be pre booked and paid for online before visiting. That includes hire.
- Numbers of people taking part in activities and on site will be restricted.
- All equipment must be washed down with sanitiser (provided) before and after usage by the customer.
- No equipment swapping without sanitising.
- Customers will be required to sign a new online disclaimer before activities
- Please do not arrive on site more than 20 minutes before your booked activity time
- Please do not remain on site after your activity
- Please do not bring non essential spectators to the session with you as this means more people on site – A single guardian is permitted per junior.
- Please read and adhere to any COVID-19 signage
- If you need to contact us please do so by looking online, emailing or calling.
- Session lengths and number of participants have been changed to give the best experience possible whilst sticking to current guidelines.
- Any bookings made after march 23rd that cannot be delivered due to COVID-19 cannot be refunded. They will be rescheduled or a credit issued that will be valid for at least 24 months.
- Please see the tables below for the relevant centre you are visiting to ensure you are familiar with what we are able to offer.
In summer 2020 we do not expect to be able to return to our previous “normal” operating. We expect some restrictions to remain in place all season. If you have any questions please ask.
